  1. Quello con il basco rosso sullo sfondo della foto con Montoya a che reparto appartiene? Mai visto un basco simile su di una capoccia yankee.

  2. Hey Ale,

    si tratta di un Combat Controller dell’Air Force Combat Control, un’unita’ dello Special Operation Command incaricata di fornire supporto durante le operazioni eli ed aviotrasportate dei reparti SOF. Fra i compiti principali: stabilire LZ e DZ, dirigere il traffico aereo e il supporto di fuoco, fornire C3, rimuovere ostacoli con cariche da demolizione, creare piste d’atterraggio semipreparate etc etc.

    L’esibizione e’ organizzata dal 160th, ma la partecipazione, come avrai notato, e’ interforze.
